Privacy Policy

WOS Toolbox is designed as an offline-first companion app with local calculator history and privacy-friendly analytics.

Local data

Calculator inputs, calculator results, Last History, local settings, selected language, favorites, read tutorials, and local app preferences are intended to stay on your device.

The website language preference is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember your English or Polish choice.

Analytics

Website analytics is optional. On the website, PostHog loads only after you choose to accept analytics. If you reject analytics, PostHog is not loaded for your visit and website analytics events are not sent.

We may use PostHog analytics to understand website and app usage. Website analytics may measure page views, content page views, campaign sources, device type, viewport category, FAQ opens, internal navigation, and clicks on Google Play downloads, Discord, or social links. App analytics may measure which screens, tools, tutorials, or calculators are opened. Analytics helps us improve the app, understand SEO and social performance, compare mobile and desktop behavior, and prioritize work.

We do not send calculator input values, calculator results, Last History snapshots, player resources, private notes, or Whiteout Survival account data to analytics. We also do not collect support email contents through website analytics.

Ads

WOS Toolbox does not include ads in the current app. We do not use advertising tracking in the MVP.

No game account access

WOS Toolbox does not require a Whiteout Survival login, does not connect to a Whiteout Survival account, and does not ask for game credentials.

Previous beta submissions

Before the public release, the external beta form received information voluntarily submitted by testers. This could include a Google Play email, Discord username, platform, device details, gameplay experience, preferred tools to test, and consent to be contacted.

The website no longer recruits beta testers. Any retained submissions are used only to manage previous testing and related communication, and are deleted when they are no longer needed. Please do not send Whiteout Survival login details, payment details, private account information, or sensitive personal data.

Premium purchases and subscriptions

Optional WOS Toolbox Premium subscriptions are purchased through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment. WOS Toolbox and RevenueCat do not receive your full card number, bank account details, or Google Play payment credentials.

RevenueCat helps us validate purchases, manage subscription status, and determine whether Premium access is active. For this purpose, Google Play and RevenueCat may process purchase and subscription history, product identifiers, purchase and renewal status, expiration or refund status, Premium entitlement status, an anonymous RevenueCat App User ID, platform, store country, and technical information needed to complete and verify a purchase.

We use this information only to complete purchases, restore purchases, provide and control Premium access, answer purchase support requests, and prevent fraud or abuse. RevenueCat acts as a service provider for subscription management. Google Play and RevenueCat process information under their own applicable privacy terms.

Local Premium status

The app stores a limited local cache of your Premium entitlement status, subscription type, expiration date, and last update time. This allows the app to display the correct access state between store checks. The cache does not contain card or bank details and can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

Retention

WOS Toolbox keeps locally cached Premium status only while it is needed to provide the app. Google Play and RevenueCat retain purchase records for the periods required to provide their services, comply with law, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Privacy or deletion questions can be sent to privacy@wostoolbox.com. Some transaction records may need to remain with Google or RevenueCat where required by law or store rules.
